I saw Elmando at Manchester animation festival and it stood out for me because i really want to work
with paint in animation. The story is about a young Cong child and his struggles when his town is attacked and his mother is kidnapped. The style of music really goes with the painted animation and i really like the panning shot over the landscape, this gives a good impression of where the story is set. I think this animation tells the story very well and in an interesting way, the movement is very realistic and believable and really helps to tell the story.
