I saw Chiaroscuro at Manchester animation festival. It was about two organisms competing for one light.
I liked it but i thought it felt very empty and not much really happened. Also i thought there were too
many effects and not enough animation. However is was very good visually and the camera angles and
framing was nice also. There was alot of building up suspense in theanimation and i think its good to
have anticipation but too much just makes it boring. The colours in the animation were mostly greys and
blacks except the fireball, this creates a good indication that the fireball is the main character.
